During 2019, The Malaysian auto parts and component industry recorded total sales of RM 49.1 billion with approximately 80% of the auto parts and component produced were for domestic consumption. Among the auto part and component manufactured in Malaysia, in 2019, Parts & Accessories manufacturing share contributes about 80%, followed by tyre manufacturing at 12%.
